Harvest Caye is The Caribbean's premier resort-style destination and you'll spend an entire day on its white-sand shores. Lounge by the pool or beach, hang out at the swim-up bar and visit the nature park. You can even zipline 100 feet over the island. Beach lovers will love Tabyana Beach on Roatán but whatever you do, put on a snorkel and check out the reef that surrounds the island. It's teeming with vibrant, curious fish and amazing pillar coral.
