This autumnal journey into Norway’s fjordland has been designed by our team to feature plenty of beautiful scenery and Viking history. Bolette will navigate waterways, including the picturesque Nordfjord and UNESCO-listed Geirangerfjord, pausing to capture the Seven Sisters Waterfall. The islands of Giske – the birthplace of Viking Chief Rollo – and Godøy can be visited on a tour from Ålesund, while travelling on the Rauma Railway, which journeys through rugged fjordland scenery, will reward you with incredible views. In Olden, you can hike to the Briksdal Glacier accompanied by a local geologist or take a ride on the Loen Skylift – one of the world’s steepest cable cars.
